Two named as NAIA Scholar-Athletes
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two Waldorf men's track and field athletes received accolades for their work in the classroom and were named Daktronics NAIA Men's Track and Field Scholar-Athletes.
Earning the honor were seniors Andrew Huber and Jorge Olivo-Cabrera.

To achieve this honor, a student-athlete must achieve at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at the school.
Huber was a distance runner from Worthington, Minn. Olivo-Cabrera is a senior from Andover, Minn. He will be competing in the 110-meter hurdles at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships later this week in Marion, Ind.
