Men's Bowling Takes on MIBC #2
COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - The Waldorf men's bowling team competed in the MIBC #2 tournament in Council Bluffs, Iowa this past weekend. The men's varsity team finished in 6th place out of ten teams with an overall score of 7220. The men's junior varsity team finished in 7th place out of nine teams with an overall score of 6617.
Waldorf's top men's bowler for the weekend was senior Ryan Kaufman from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ryan finished in 13th place with a total individual score of 958. His five game average was 191.6, and his best game was his fourth game with a fantastic score of 219.
Behind Kaufman, placing 35th was senior Richard Garrett from Ottumwa, Iowa. Richard had a grand total score of 868.
The Warriors best junior varsity bowler for the weekend was junior Ryan Bejblik from Mendota Heights, Minnesota. He finished in 19th place with a total score of 938 and a 187.6 tournament average.
The Warriors are back in action in a month for the Glenn Carlson tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 18th and 19th.
