Waldorf University Men's Golf Completes BVU Fall Invite

STORM LAKE, Iowa. The Waldorf University Warriors recently completed the BVU Fall Invite held at Lake Creek Country Club in Storm Lake, Iowa. This competition was structured as a 36-hole stroke play event spread over two days. Waldorf finished 9th out of 9 participating schools with a collective score of +125.

Jacob Wiersma emerged as the top performer for the Waldorf University Warriors, securing the 38th position overall with a total of +21 over the tournament. Particularly noteworthy was his performance in the second round where he recorded a score of +5, 77.

Looking ahead, Waldorf will compete in the NAIA Midwest Invitational, which is set to take place in Silvis, IL on the dates of September 22-23. This upcoming event presents another opportunity for the team to demonstrate their skills and improve their standings in collegiate golf tournaments.
