Waldorf Women’s Bowling Competes in the Singles and Team Sectional Tournament
ADDISON, IL – The Waldorf Women's Bowling team traveled to the USBC's Intercollegiate Singles Championship (ISC) and Intercollegiate Team Championship (ITC) Sectional Tournament on March 13-15, 2026. The team finished in 14th place out of 25 teams with two individuals placing in the top 60 out of 244 bowlers.
On Friday, March 13, Paige Harns, Samantha Adams, Jadyn Collins, Ava Ramge, Angel Schuyler, Hailey Havel, and Lillian Hanson competed in the singles tournament. This is one of four sectional tournaments across the nation where athletes bowl six games and compete for the top 8 spots to qualify for nationals. Harns and Schuyler tied for the top score for Waldorf with an average of 183, earning them 62nd place. Ramge followed closely behind with an average of 182.5 and 68th place.
On March 14 and 15, the full team (including Gabriella Heimermann, Harns, Adams, Collins, Ramge, Schuyler, Havel, and Hanson) competed in the team sectionals, bowling 64 baker games over the two days. The 25 teams competed for one of the top 4 spots to advance to nationals. The Warriors averaged 176.6 and finished in 14th place, which is the highest finish for the women's team at an ITC Sectional Tournament. They also shot two sets over 800.
