FREMONT, Neb. - The Waldorf Warriors were overpowered by the Midland Warriors on Saturday with a 53-0 defeat.
Several Waldorf players made contributions despite the outcome. Jacques Cooper added 8 rushes for 45 yards. Jorge Rivera had 4 receptions for 17 yards, and Fisher Ohrt had 2 receptions for 25 yards. Defensively, Christian Gerot stood out with 13 tackles, Jacob Bivens with 11 tackles, and Keyshun Stanley secured 1 sack and a tackle.
The Warriors face off against the Hastings Broncos in Hastings, Neb. on Saturday, September 20 at 1pm.
