FREMONT, NE – On Saturday evening, the Waldorf women's soccer team traveled to play Midland for a conference matchup. The Warriors lost 0-4.
Midland scored their first goal at the 12-minute mark to take an early lead.
In the second half, Midland continued their momentum by scoring three more goals to secure the win.
Goalkeeper Samantha Linteo (SR/Napa, CA) finished the game with 11 saves. Iveth Guzman (SR/Mission, TX) and Olivia Cross (JR/Coventry, England) each had two shots.
The women's soccer team returns to their home turf on Wednesday, September 20th at Bolstorff Field for a conference contest against Doane (NE) at 7 pm.
