Warriors Compete in Final Road Contest of Season
Hastings, NEB.
The Warriors traveled to Hastings, Nebraska for their final road game of 2025-26. The first quarter was very competetive, as multiple lead changes led to a 10-9 Warrior lead 8 minutes into the game. However, a couple quick turnovers allowed the Broncos to score four quick times to pull a 17-10 lead into the first break. The Broncos continued to build a larger lead behind their hunt for extra possessions--as the Warriors turned the ball over 21 times, and allowed 30 offensive rebounds.
The Warriors were led in scoring by Charlotte Mills with 12 points. Cloey Dmytruk added 9 with 4 rebounds. Alba Garrido-Lamas was 2-4 from three for 6 points off the bench. Madison Byrd enterred the game late for the Warriors and scored her first two points of her career.
The Warriors return home to the Hanson Field House for their final four games of the season. This stretch begins on Wednesday, February 11th as Waldorf Hosts #9 Dakota Wesleyan.
