Waldorf Men's D1 Hockey Fall to McKendree in Weekend Series
LEBANON, IL- The Warriors were down 1-0 after one on a soft goal by McKendree. The second period proved to be difficult for the Warriors as they gave up 3 goals extending the McKendree lead 4-1. Donovan Ascencio was able to score his first collegiate goal on a gritty play around the net. While the Warriors led in shots after 2, they couldn't find the back of the net. The final score was 5-1.
Up next for the Warriors is an interstate battle with Iowa State on Friday, October 3rd. Pick drop is 7pm in Mason City. There will be free admission.
